Turntable mat for reducing vibrations
Resonance measurements taken on vinyl records while they were playing have shown that the extremely rapid movement of the tonearm and the stylus in the groove—despite their minimal mass—causes the entire record to vibrate. The TM300 turntable mat dampens these resonances from the underside of the record by using a combination of foamed plastic and cellular rubber elements. The foam elements precisely replicate the contours of the original Ballfinger TS 26 A tape reel, so that the combination of the M 002 P tape deck and the T 002 B turntable appears to be a single, seamless unit. Of course, the turntable mat can also be used with turntables from other manufacturers. The mat has a diameter of exactly 299 mm and is 4 mm high. Material: PVC and EPDM, color black
